A puffy quilted pillow with a cool-touch cover. Soft on top, firmer underneath, so your head sinks in a bit without hitting the mattress. It's still puffy in the morning.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Throw in two tennis balls and it comes out fluffy again.
Regular is 20" x 26" in and fits a standard pillowcase. King is 20" x 36" in and needs a king pillowcase. If you're not sure, get Regular.

The top layer is soft, but the base layer underneath is firmer, so your head doesn't drop to the mattress. Side sleepers usually want more height, so King works well if you have broad shoulders.
The cover feels cool when you lie down on it. It's a fabric, not a cooling gel or a fan, so it isn't refrigerated. It just doesn't get hot and sticky the way a plain cotton case does.
